PILATES:
Pilates is an exercise system that was originally developed as rehabilitation for dancers.
Stretching of the core abdominal and low back stabilizing muscles is enforced
emphasizing a neutral spine and correct posture.

BEACH BOOT CAMP:
Outdoor class of intense cardio endurance, fat burning, and strength training on the beach! You will lose fat, tone increase your endurance and overall strength.

YOGA:
All levels of yoga experience are welcome.
Yoga is for relaxation and posture improvement, but will also calm and
harmonize the mind, body and spirit.
